We charge a one-time onboarding fee per patient, followed by a monthly fee per patient for all services included in your selected pricing plan. These per-patient per-month fees are called "instances."
Your office might qualify for discounted on-boarding instance fees during your introductory period. We understand that it takes time to get patients on-boarded before your claims start bringing in revenue, and we want to make sure our pricing is fair and reasonable for every new office.
Definitely not! After your introductory period, we offer flexible cancellation policies if our services are not working for your office.
